It's simple. I heat the butter in a frying pan (it is better to take a mixture of butter and vegetable). I add the onion, cut into half rings. And fry until it starts to brown.
Then I add the carrots grated on a coarse grater. I fry for another minute or two. Then I squeeze out the garlic, stir and pour the pasta (raw!) Into the pan. Mix again. I add water, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Then I remove the lid and bring it to readiness. Another 3 minutes, stirring constantly. And that's it! You can serve!
