The aroma of this cake reminds me of my childhood, my grandmother's holidays in the country. She often baked such a pie for us and served with homemade apple jam and steamed milk.

Beat eggs with sugar. I add honey and soda. Mix again. Then I pour in kefir. Mix again. I do it with a mixer, but you can do it with an ordinary whisk.

Pour the liquid into a bowl, add flour and mix until smooth. Grease the mold with oil and pour the dough into it.

I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Look, of course, in your oven! I check for readiness with a wooden stick.
