I don't just cook pasta like that. According to the same recipe, rice, buckwheat, millet, and couscous are very tasty. You can take any meat. Or you can add beans - and you get a lean version of this dish)) The main thing is that it is very fast and always delicious!
I fry the chicken pieces in a deep saucepan until half cooked. You can put it out. Then I send a mixture of frozen vegetables there (I have a Mexican mixture - peas, corn, carrots and bell peppers). Any vegetables can be used, of course. I cook chicken with vegetables for another 5-7 minutes.
Then I add the pasta and fill it with broth (or water). Carcass covered for 5 minutes. Then I mix, salt, add a little black pepper and another 2-3 minutes under the lid. I remove from the heat and let it brew for a few more minutes. And you can invite everyone to the table! There are many options for this recipe!
