Lenten "Olivier", which tastes in no way inferior to the traditional

The salad is delicious and light. And I cook it not only in the post. Try it - it's delicious)) Instead of meat or sausage, I take mushrooms. I chop them finely and fry them in a little vegetable oil. Then I let it cool. I cut the rest of the vegetables into identical cubes. Onions can be poured with boiling water or pickled. But if I come across sweet onions, I don't.

How I make this salad, see the video below at 04:21. There are also 4 more recipes for "Olivier" salad. Look - you will like it))

I put the chopped vegetables in a bowl, add the cooled mushrooms and green peas. I dress it with lean mayonnaise. I have already shown two recipes for lean mayonnaise HERE.

Ingredients:
• Champignons - 200 g
• Carrots - 1 pc.
• Potatoes - 3 pcs.
• Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
• Pickled cucumber - 2 pcs.
• Green peas (canned) - 150 g
• Onions - 1/4 pcs.
• Mayonnaise (lean) - 2 tbsp.
• Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
• Salt
