It happens that a lot of boiled beets remain. It can be frozen too. Sometimes, before the holidays, I even make such blanks on purpose to save time. I cut the boiled or baked beets into small cubes or grate them. I usually do both. I put it in plastic containers, cover and put it in the freezer. And when I need to make a salad with beets, I take it out, defrost it and add it to the dish. You can cook caviar from such beets - quickly and tasty.

I also freeze herring for salads and for my favorite caviar. I clean, remove all bones and chop finely. Then I put it on a plate and in the freezer. You don't have to defrost for a long time. 10-15 minutes and the herring can be added to the dish. Very comfortably! And the herring will definitely never disappear))

Often, before the holidays, I have broth. I boil meat for salad, but there is no time to cook soup. But there is a lot of space in my freezer. Therefore, I freeze the broth. And when I want some soup, I defrost and cook. I often add this broth to other dishes, for example, to cereals or sauces.

And porridge sometimes remains. They are also quite edible after defrosting. You can make delicious meatballs from buckwheat porridge or grind and add to cutlets.

I add barley to soups - it's very convenient. You don't need to cook for a long time. One or two and ready to rassolnichek!

And rice can be used in salads, meatballs, and casseroles. After defrosting, it is no worse.

I also freeze peas. I put it in a plastic container - and I always have a blank for quick soup or pies.

And I also freeze boiled beans, and it is also very convenient. Can be served in portioned sachets or frozen in a large container. Where to use such beans later, I think, is not even worth telling. I add it everywhere - in soups, borscht, meat and vegetable dishes, salads and in various fillings. In general, there are always beans in my freezer!

What if there is still tomato paste left? I think you already understand what I am doing)) I divide into small portions and freeze, of course. In such a container, about two tablespoons of tomato paste is placed. It is very comfortable. Then I take out one portion and add where I need it. These are the neat portions you get.

I divide the red caviar into portions in the same way. Our youngest adores her, so we buy a lot at once and freeze it in portions like this.

What if there are bananas left? After defrosting them, of course, you can't just eat them. But I freeze them too. I cut into pieces, grease a plate with butter and spread it like this. Then I throw the frozen bananas into the blender, add the cream and it turns out to be delicious ice cream. If you try it once, you will freeze bananas specifically for this dish.

But that's not all! I have already told you how I store greens. This bunch has been standing for the 3rd week already, but I already see that I urgently need to save)) Therefore, I tear off the leaves that can still be used and I will freeze them. I cut it. And I also have some green onions here. I cut it too. And I put everything together in a small container for freezing. Then it is very convenient to use. He opened it, took as much as needed, the rest - back into the freezer.

You can also make dill oil. I chop the herbs, combine with softened butter, add lemon zest and black pepper. I mix it, put it on foil, wrap it and keep it in the freezer for 2-3 months. I serve such butter to pasta, to potatoes, add it to cereals, casseroles, cutlets, soups, or we just eat it like this with bread. I shared the recipe for such oil HERE.
