I rub potatoes and onions on the finest grater. I transfer the grated vegetables to a sieve, squeeze out a little to remove excess juice.
I add an egg to the vegetables, starch, which has settled to the bottom of the bowl with the strained juice, dry starch, salt and pepper. I mix everything. I fry the pancakes in a pan with heated vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Average fire.
To remove excess oil, I spread the potato pancakes on a paper towel. And you can serve!
I definitely prepare sour cream sauce for shingles. I mix sour cream, garlic and chopped herbs, add a little salt. You can add some spices. I stir - the sauce is ready!
Ingredients:
• Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Starch - 1 tsp.
• Ground black pepper
• Salt
