A simple recipe for pancakes with cheese and herbs

Delicious pancakes with cheese and herbs. On holidays, I often prepare snack cakes from such pancakes. But tasty and just like that, with sour cream. In Shrovetide week, I definitely cook such pancakes. My oldest son likes them very much.

Making dough. Everything is as usual. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt, add a little milk. I stir, gradually add the sifted flour with baking powder and add milk. At the end I add grated cheese, finely chopped herbs and vegetable oil. Mix well and let stand for 15-20 minutes

The dough is not very liquid, so I take a pan with a small diameter. Pour the dough into the pan and spread it out with a spoon. Crepes cook quickly and turn easily.

You can grease the pancakes with cream cheese, add fried and salted mushrooms and garnish with herbs. It turns out like this "cake":

• Flour - 280 g
• Milk - 500 ml
• Hard cheese - 120 g
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Salt - 0.5 tsp.
• Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
• Sugar - 1 tsp.
• Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
• Dill - 1 bunch.
