Lazy meat pies. No test needed! When I don't want to "bother" with the dough, but I want pies, I always remember this recipe. Very tasty and simple!

Fry the onions in a little vegetable oil until soft. I add minced meat, salt and spices to the pan. I bring it to readiness. We love these pies with meat. But you can cook with mushrooms and cabbage - it's also delicious!

How I make these pies, watch the video below at 09:59. There are also 4 more interesting recipes from ordinary lavash. Look - you will like it))

I cut lavash. And I put a few pieces of pita bread on a baking sheet. Beat the egg and mix with milk. I grease pieces of lavash with this mixture.

Then I spread the first layer of the filling. I cover with pieces of pita bread, fasten the edges. Grease again with an egg-milk mixture, again filling and pita bread (top layer).

I also grease the top and sprinkle with grated cheese.

I put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Take a look in your oven! Best served while hot. Try it - it's delicious!

Ingredients:
• Lavash thin
• Minced meat - 600 g (I have 400 pork + 200 chicken)
• Onions - 2 pcs.
• Milk - 4 tbsp.
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Cheese - 80 g
• Ground black pepper
• Salt
