I don't cook cabbage for stuffed cabbage anymore!

I found a great way to cook cabbage for cabbage rolls. It takes only a couple of minutes of my time. There is no need to stand near the pan and burn your hands. I don't cook cabbage anymore! I freeze it. In the evening I put it in the freezer, the next day I take it out, put it on the table (or on a shelf in the refrigerator), defrost it - and cook stuffed cabbage rolls. By time, freezing of an average head of cabbage takes 6-8 hours. But it all depends on the cabbage itself and on your freezer, of course.

This is what cabbage looks like after defrosting. The leaves become soft and fold easily. Do not break or tear. If you haven't tried this method, I recommend it.
