I have not cooked more delicate and tastier fish cakes. Even "non-lovers" of fish eat with pleasure.
How to cook
Grind oatmeal in a blender. You can take any flakes. I usually use instant ones.
Then I transfer the flakes to a plate, and send the onion and egg to the blender. Whisk again.
Now I add pieces of fish there and beat again. It turns out to be a very lush mass. I put it in a bowl.
I add chopped oatmeal, mix well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
An hour later I take it out of the refrigerator, add salt, spices, chopped herbs and yogurt. I'm mixing it all up. I don't add flour right away. But if the mass turns out to be too liquid, then you can add a couple of tablespoons of flour.
I have homemade yogurt. How I cook it, I told HERE. You can replace yogurt with sour cream, but with yogurt, cutlets are tastier.
With wet hands I form cutlets and put them in a pan with heated oil.
Fry cutlets on both sides over medium heat. When I turn it over, cover it with a lid so that it steamed a little.
I put the finished cutlets on a paper towel.
And that's it! The most delicate and deliciously tasty cutlets are ready! Children really like it. And adults (even those who don't like fish) ask for a supplement))
