Quickly make a delicious raw dried apple puree.

Ingredients:

1. Dried apple - 1 glass

2. Apple compote - 1 glass

Preparation

In the season when there are an abundance of apples, we do not waste time and dry them in order to cook compotes, uzvar, fruit soups, smoothies, applesauce, etc. all winter.

In the evening, dry apples are poured into a jar, doused with hot water, immediately drained, soaked overnight in ordinary warm water suitable for drinking.

In the morning, pour them together with the resulting compote infusion into a blender container. Whisk for about a minute until smooth, transfer to a cup and enjoy the delicious applesauce.

Of course, it is better to use selected apples for mashed potatoes without the middle (i.e., qualitatively peeled), but we did applesauce on a powerful blender right along with the hearts and also got a homogeneous mass, in which they did not even felt. And for compotes, apples with middle parts are just more useful, because apple seeds contain all the benefits (they contain natural iodine). Therefore, it is possible this and that.
