Favorite salad in our family.

Not a single holiday is complete without "Olivier". And on New Year's, and on Easter, and for every birthday we always have this salad on the table.

Because my husband loves him very much. I'll show you two recipes at once. The first is my mother-in-law's recipe. It is his husband who calls him "correct."

I always boil vegetables for this salad in advance (at least one day before the holiday). The potatoes and carrots then become firm and don't fall apart in the salad. And I cut the salad almost before serving.

I add here two types of sausages at once - boiled and boiled-smoked. This is a prerequisite))

There should be a lot of sausages in the salad! Well, we love this so much))

Sometimes I add a little boiled beef to the boiled sausage. So delicious too. But all the same, my husband likes it better with two types of sausages!

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Sausage, potatoes, carrots, boiled eggs, green peas, and pickles. Cucumbers are exactly salted from a barrel (pickled with a completely different taste). And pickled cucumbers are usually needed more than pickles (which can drain the salad quickly).

RECIPE:

• Boiled sausage - 300 g
• Cooked-smoked sausage - 250-300 g
• Boiled potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
• Boiled carrots - 1 pc.
• Boiled eggs - 6 pcs.
• Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
• Canned peas - 1 ban.
• Mayonnaise

Many housewives also add onions, fresh cucumbers and herbs to this salad. Probably delicious too. But we don't like that.

I dress the salad with mayonnaise and that's it. You can serve immediately. More often I just put a large bowl of salad on the table. And everyone puts as much on his plate as he wants))
