Here I have 5 questions that I could not find an answer to. Shall we figure it out?
I have been shooting videos for a long time in which I show how and what I cook for my family. I have two YouTube channels - Kitchen Inside Out and Tasty Minute. I invite you, of course)) And here I have been writing for over a year. Thanks to everyone who watches and reads me!
But today I have no recipe. Today I decided to just chat))
They often write to me in the comments that you cannot cook in a wedding ring. The ring MUST be removed and it is imperative to cook with gloves!
To my naive question: "Why?", I am answered that "there are rules for COOKS"!
But I'm not a cook... I have no culinary education, I do not work in public catering. I cook at home, for my family, in my kitchen... And I'm just sharing the recipes on my blog. Naturally, I cook in clean dishes, on a clean table and with clean hands.
Here is my first question:
Do you always take off your rings when you go into the kitchen? Have you studied the sanitary standards? Do you remember to put on gloves before making your husband's breakfast sandwich?
Second question:
If you take off rings, where do you put them? In pocket? On the table? Any drawer? Or a gold jewelry box?
It's just that I once took off the ring in the kitchen, and then accidentally washed my robe with it... Didn't you have that?
Yes, I have a jewelry box, but it is kept in a safe, you need to open the safe, get the box, then close it and put the key away. Not very comfortable.
Third question. Gloves. How many pairs does it take to make borsch, for example?
Some - to butcher meat, some - to peel potatoes, others - to chop onions... Or do it all in one pair of gloves? Just washing your gloved hands under the tap? So what's the point then, because in the same way you can use water and soap to wash your hands without wearing gloves ...
Have you ever noticed how food service workers use gloves? I watched once... Cheburechnaya Auntie in gloves took the money, gave change, with the same hands took the cheburek, blew (!) Into the bag, put the cheburek in this bag and stretches it out the window. The next order - again took the money, etc. I watched this for about five minutes. One man still refused and left without the cheburek. And the rest reacted normally - the salesman's hands were in gloves ...
Fourth question. Why do famous chefs cook without gloves and don't take off their rings? Can they? But they're on TV! The whole country watches these programs (and learns badly)!
They often write to me: "Baby, watch and learn how Jamie Oliver cooks!" But those who write this probably don't notice that he never takes off his rings and cooks without gloves!
And the fifth question. How would you react to such comments? Write, I'm really interested.
Here's an example, by the way:
This is a commentary on my article about how I wrap cabbage rolls in a new way... Stuffed cabbage. Which I cook for my family. I wrap the minced meat in cabbage leaves, then put the cabbage rolls in a saucepan and simmer them until tender.
What does the "SanPin" have to do with it? What does the "galley" and everything steel ...
And, notice how many people supported Anatoly (there are almost 1000 likes under the comment - you can follow the link and see if interested)!
Especially about the cat, the comment "hooked" me 😕. If this poor woman took off her rings and cooked with gloves, she would be alive, for sure!
Thanks to everyone who read this line))
I really look forward to your comments!
