Ingredients:

Mackerel
Potatoes
processed cheese

Sour cream
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil
Lemon

In this recipe, the ingredients are based on 1 mackerel. If the fish is large, then take 1.5 cheeses and more potatoes.
