Beef "As easy as shelling pears". Even my son cooks with ease! By the way, no one will notice the onion in this dish!
You can cook such meat in a saucepan with a thick bottom or in a slow cooker.
I will cook in a slow cooker - it's easier that way.
I cut the onion into thin half rings. You need a lot of bow!
I put the chopped onion on the bottom of the multicooker bowl. The layer should be at least two centimeters.
Now the meat. Cut into thin slices.
I spread the meat on the onion. Salt and pepper to taste. then the second layer of meat, again salt and the third layer. Salt again and add a little black pepper.
I don't add any other spices. They are not needed here.
I put the bowl in a slow cooker and turn on the "stewing" mode for 1 hour.
After an hour I stir the meat. The onions are almost boiled and turned into a sauce.
I add bay leaves. I close the multicooker bowl again and set the "stewing" mode again for 1 hour. But this time I reduce the temperature to 85 degrees. It is necessary for the meat to languish.
Serve in an hour. It's very, very tasty! My youngest doesn't eat onions at all. If he sees somewhere, he will not even try.
And he eats porridge with such gravy with pleasure! You can't see the bow here at all! And the taste is amazing! The meat is very, very tender!
