Dumplings pie. Simple, quick to prepare, and delicious. Today I propose to cook with minced meat and potatoes. In general, the fillings can be different, for example, stewed cabbage.

Recipe:
For the test:
Egg -1pc.
Water -150ml.
Salt -1 tsp
Vegetable oil -30ml.
Flour -350-400gr.
For filling:
Minced meat -400gr.
Butter -60 gr.
Potatoes -2-3pcs.
Onion -2-3 pcs.
Pepper mix to taste
Green onions - to taste
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
COOKING METHOD
First, let's prepare the dough. Pour 150 ml of water into a bowl, add a teaspoon of salt, break 1 egg, pour in 30 ml of vegetable oil, mix everything.
Now we gradually add flour and knead the dough, flour is required 350 grams, the dough should be slightly softer than the usual dumplings, remove for 15-20 minutes while we prepare the filling.
Cut 2-3 onions into cubes and cut 2-3 raw potato tubers into small cubes or grate. Potatoes can be substituted with pumpkin. Put 400 grams of minced meat in a bowl, add potatoes with onions, add an incomplete tsp. salt, a mixture of peppers to taste and add dried herbs, I add green onions.
We mix everything, if the minced meat is dry, you can add a couple of tablespoons of water, the filling is ready.
After 15 minutes, knead the dough in flour and roll it into a thin rectangular layer. The thinner the better. We take 60 grams of butter, and melt it in a microwave oven, grease a layer of dough with melted butter.
If there is a little oil left, you need to pour it into the minced meat and mix.
We distribute the filling over the layer and wrap the roll. We fix the edges well. Now we wrap a snail from the resulting roll and put it on a baking sheet.
Lubricate with an egg and put in a preheated oven. Cooking at 200 degrees 35-40 minutes. Until the pie is ready. Now we take the cake out of the oven, let it cool a little and can be served.
I like to serve it with sour cream or sour cream garlic sauce. It tastes good both cold and hot. I recommend cooking.
