Curd cookies. The most delicious and most beloved. It seems to me that everyone loves him. There are a minimum of ingredients, the recipe is simple, and the result is amazing!
Making dough. I combine cottage cheese with softened butter, add sifted flour and baking powder. I mix everything well. Any cottage cheese will do. The amount of flour depends on the moisture content of the curd. The dough should not stick to your hands. I put it in a bag and in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

I roll out the dough with a thickness of about 3-5 mm. Cut out the circles and dip one side into the sugar. Then I combine so that the sugar remains inside. Dip in sugar again, combine. And again in sugar. Spread on a baking sheet with the side that is sugar-free. You can add cinnamon to the sugar if you like.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake cookies for 15 minutes. But look in your oven! it may take a little more time. The cookies are flaky, slightly crunchy and very tasty! If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it))
