I dry my cauliflower and sort it into inflorescences.
I do not grind much. Something like this:
Boil in salted water for 3-4 minutes. Can be steamed - then 5-6 minutes. Put the cabbage on a plate and let it cool slightly.
At this time, I am preparing the fill. Beat eggs in a suitable container. I add mustard, sour cream, mayonnaise and black pepper. Salt and stir. I always add a little mayonnaise - it tastes better. But, if desired, mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream.
I put the cabbage in a greased form.
I fill it with a prepared fill. And sprinkle with cheese.
I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Take a look in your oven! It turns red - you can get it.
