In today's article I will tell you how to make dumplings lasagna. This alternative lasagna is delicious and quick and easy to prepare. Now I rarely cook lasagna according to the classic recipe, and the "dumplings" version was included in the list of dishes that occasionally appear on our table. Well, let's start!

1.Boil dumplings (about 700 grams), of course, it is better to use homemade dumplings, rather than purchased ones. Cook as usual, adding salt and bay leaf. 2. Making the sauce. Put in a bowl sour cream (100g), mayonnaise (100 grams), rub on a grater garlic (2 cloves) and add salt pepper

3. Put in a baking dishhalf the cooked dumplings, add the toasted vegetables and lay out the remaining dumplings. Then pour everything with sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, put in a preheated up to 200 degrees oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Delicious lasagna is ready!
