I often have pita bread in the freezer in case of unexpected guests or in case there is not enough time, and you need to cook dinner. Such a "preparation" is very helpful. You can wrap what is in the refrigerator in pita bread - and the appetizer is ready.
But you can not just wrap it up, you can also fry it later. When I first cooked like this, my boys couldn't stop on one piece. And on two they could not))
HOW TO COOK:
There is no mayonnaise in the recipe! It won't work with mayonnaise. I am writing this right away, because many people just watch pictures without reading, or videos without including sound.
I cut the lavash into 4 sheets. I grease the first sheet with soft melted cheese. You can take any cheese. I take the one that comes in small plastic boxes. It can be spread on bread. We need just such a cheese.
And then - the filling. I usually add what is in the refrigerator - any sausage, pieces of fried bacon, baked or fried meat, fried mushrooms, crab sticks, corn, herbs, pickles... Today I will show which filling we liked the most.
First, dill and garlic (cut very finely), pieces of sausage and tomatoes. I distribute it evenly. And I cover with the second sheet of pita bread.
Then again cheese and filling.
The third sheet of pita bread, filling again. And the top sheet (fourth). I also smeared it with cheese to hold the layers together well. The cheese holds the filling perfectly and nothing falls apart. Checked))
Now I cut into pieces. Any size.
Beat eggs in a deep plate and add a little flour. I mix well.
Roll each piece in an egg mixture and put it in a pan with heated oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown. And I put it on a paper towel. Tasty! Scroll:
