Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 4-5 pcs.
Cheese - 120 g
Red onion - 0.5 pcs.
Sun-dried tomatoes - 6-8 pcs.
Corn oil - 1 tablespoon
Pomegranate sauce - 1 tablespoon
Lemon - 1 wedge
Salt, pepper - to taste
Greens - for decoration
Description:
Prepare all ingredients. Sun-dried tomatoes can be prepared by yourself. Choose fresh tomatoes that are dense, but tasty, juicy, sweet and sour. Cheese can be replaced with any pickled cheese.
Wash the tomatoes, dry, remove the stalk. Cut into slices.
Peel the red onion, rinse, cut into half rings. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt. Marinate the onions for 5-7 minutes.
Cut the cheese arbitrarily - as you like best.
Prepare a plate or dish for serving salad. Put tomato slices, pickled onions, feta cheese.
Place sun-dried tomatoes on top of these ingredients. Drizzle with corn oil, pomegranate sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
