Delight salad with Korean carrots is prepared from the minimum amount of absolutely simple products. It has a simple cooking recipe, while the taste of the dish justifies its name. The salad is laid out in layers, which makes it look very beautiful and bright. Suitable for both everyday menu and festive serving.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
  • Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
  • Champignons - 300 gr.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Korean carrots - 150 gr.
  • Mayonnaise - 100 gr.
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Prepare all the food you need.

Rinse the mushrooms, cut into medium-sized segments. Peel the onion, chop into cubes. Put the champignons together with the onion slices on the preheated surface of the pan.

First evaporate all liquid, then add oil. Fry the mixture for 3 minutes, season with salt.

Cook the chicken fillet in salted water until tender. The approximate cooking period is 20 minutes from the moment the water boils. Cool the meat, cut into cubes.

To shape the salad, take a forming ring and place it on a flat plate. Put the champignons fried with onions in the first layer, apply a thin layer of mayonnaise on top, smooth.

Place the cold cuts on the mushrooms.

Brush the chicken with mayonnaise too.

Rinse the cucumbers, cut into strips. Form another layer. You do not need to cover cucumbers with mayonnaise.

Cut Korean carrots into shorter strips. Place over fresh cucumbers. This layer should also not be covered with mayonnaise.

Remove the forming ring, garnish the top with chopped fresh herbs.

There is no need to insist on the Delight salad, after cooking it must be served immediately.
