I love making zucchini. In my opinion, this is the most versatile vegetable with which you can cook a huge number of dishes. I remember that when I was still a child, my mother even made jam from zucchini... Today I will tell you about two simple recipes using zucchini, I think everyone will find a suitable option for themselves.

1. Unusual zucchini and chicken appetizer

Ingredients: toabachi 2 pcs of medium size, chicken fillet 1 pc, mustard 1 tbsp. spoon, salt and spices to taste

How to cook: Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and stir with mustard and salt, leave to prepare the courgettes.
