I have long noticed that the simpler the recipe, the tastier. This recipe was "born" by accident. I fried zucchini. There is some flour left. I decided to try to fry the mushrooms in the same way. It turned out so delicious that now I cook this appetizer all the time! And everyone who tries it completely agrees with the name))
And just for dinner, and for a festive table, and for a snack, if suddenly there are unexpected guests... And I always hear "I want more of your mushrooms!" That's why I named them that. I haven’t tried a faster recipe for making champignons (and, as for me, more delicious). The taste is so rich and varied! With garlic it looks like a grilled chicken, with dill - fried pies, with a green onion - chips... And no one can immediately guess how I cook them. Try it once - and you will definitely say: "I want more!"
It's very, very simple. My mushrooms, chop, salt, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil. These are the ingredients:
You can roll each piece separately in flour. Or, to make it faster, pour flour into the bag, put the pieces of mushrooms there and shake the bag. Done - put in a pan and fry.
