A new way to cook chicken fillet (and why I haven't cooked like that before)

I haven't managed to get a juicier fillet yet! The recipe is very successful. Deliciously delicious!

I have a turkey fillet today. But usually I cook chicken fillet like that. I cut into small pieces (so that it is convenient to prick on a fork).

I put the pieces in a bowl, salt, add black pepper and lemon juice. I stir it.

I leave it for 20 minutes.

In a separate container I combine soy sauce, honey, mustard, sesame seeds and garlic (through a press).

Beat the egg white with a whisk. Then I add starch to it (any will work). I usually use potato. I mix everything well.

I send this mixture to the meat and mix well again.

I heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and spread the fillet pieces. I fry over high heat for 5 minutes, stir constantly.

Reduce heat to medium, add sauce. I fry for about 5 minutes more. The meat pieces are velvety. And very juicy!

When it is well browned, I take it off the heat and serve it immediately.

RECIPE:

• Turkey fillet (or chicken fillet) - 500 g
• Egg white - 1 pc.
• Starch - 2 tbsp.
• Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
• Soy sauce - 1-2 tbsp.
• Honey - 1 tsp.
• Garlic - 2 teeth.
• Sesame seeds - 2 tsp.
• Mustard - 1 tsp.
• Ground black pepper
• Salt
