I don't wait for the water to boil - I immediately put the potatoes in a saucepan and bring them to a boil. Of course, I don’t peel potatoes, I just wash them well. The skin of the potato must be intact - there must be no damage on it! It is important!

Potatoes are boiled and whistled like in a fire. And the feeling that there is not water in the pan, but oil. I cook potatoes for about 30 minutes. But even if it is longer - not scary. I have never been able to digest it. Potatoes are always plump. Perfect for salads, by the way!

Sometimes I turn the potatoes over with a spoon so that they evenly "bake". The main thing here is not to damage the skin!

I don't cook young potatoes like that. The skin is very thin and can tear - and, of course, it will be too salty))

Half an hour later I take out the potatoes from the pan. Crystals of salt are immediately visible. I don’t wash potatoes! So it can be stored without a refrigerator for more than a week. And it does not deteriorate for a very long time!

Of course, everyone has a question: what is the benefit? 1.5 kg salt... Pour out? NO! In no case! Potatoes in the same solution can be boiled up to 100 times!

Of course, it is better not to leave in a saucepan. I pour it into a jar and keep it in the closet. When you need to boil potatoes, I pour it back into the pan, add a little water and boil the potatoes))

If you wash and peel the potatoes, you will even have to add salt! Those who have not tried this method will NEVER believe it! But it's not difficult to check!

This is delicious! You don't have to add salt, just eat with the skin - also an option! For a salad, such potatoes are just perfect - they are cut evenly, dense, do not fall apart and very, very tasty!
