Grated pie. I think everyone knows this recipe. With any filling, such a pie turns out to be very tasty, and it is very simple to prepare!
I mix flour with baking powder and grate butter.
I grind it all into crumbs.
In a separate container, I mix the egg, sugar and vanillin with a whisk. When the mixture turns white, add sour cream and mix again with a whisk.
I combine the liquid mixture and the oil crumb. I knead a soft dough.
I divide the dough into 2 parts. I put one part (which is smaller) in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
I roll out the second part on a sheet of parchment. I form a rectangle with a thickness of 7-8 mm
Now the filling. It can be anything. You can take any thick jam, cottage cheese grated with yolk, baked pumpkin, dried fruits, etc. I have apple jam today. I distribute it over the entire surface of the dough.
I take the second piece of dough out of the freezer and rub it on top.
Here's what happens:
I put the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Take a look in your oven! The cake should brown well.
I cut it into portions while it's still hot.
Here's a cake inside:
