How I cook crucian carp for a festive table (I no longer fry it): it is simple to cook, it turns out delicious and for only 50 rubles

Here both fish and garnish are at once. And it is so delicious that even small bones in crucian carp do not scare guests - everyone who tried this dish with me was surprised how tasty it was. And it's very simple! And plus also budget. You asked me to show you something cheaper - this recipe is one of those! One portion turns out to be about 50 rubles!

I clean the fish. I put it in a bowl. I add spices and 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. I use a ready-made spice mixture (I will indicate the composition in the recipe). But of course you can use any spices you like! I give the fish to marinate for at least half an hour.

I must say right away that I make cuts with a knife on this fish only when I fry it. If I bake fish, I see no point in this. Moreover, the bones are very easy to remove. BUT if you "always make notches" - do, of course!

I cut carrots and potatoes into slices, disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences. I add some vegetable oil and vegetable spices. I stir it.

I spread the pickled fish on parchment paper. Nearby are vegetables. And I wrap it in an envelope. I use paper here. In a foil or sleeve, the fish is boiled, and in paper - baked.

I put the envelopes on a baking sheet and put them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes. The envelopes can be prepared in advance and baked before serving.

You can serve immediately in paper (this way the dish will stay hot longer), you can lay it out beautifully on a plate - as you like. This portion cost me only 50 rubles.

Yes, of course, it is better to serve red fish to the guests on the festive table. But believe me, this budget dish is delicious too!

BUT! If you think that this dish is not suitable for the festive table - do not cook! You can just cook it for dinner. Vegetables (especially cabbage) are delicious! And, of course, "sweet" carp))

• Crucian carp - 1 kg
• Seasoning for baked fish (you can take any favorite spices!). The composition of my seasoning: sea salt, wheat flour, corn starch, onion, garlic, black pepper, white pepper, citric acid, basil, oregano, dill, parsley).
• Potatoes - 3-5 pcs.
• Carrots - 1 pc.
• Cauliflower - 1 pc. (average)
• Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
• Seasoning for vegetables
• Salt
