Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

Do you feel the coming of spring? I think even the sun grew warmer and the air is filled with special flavors (do not think that is not good). All the same, good to live in the forest, a totally different air than in Moscow itself. Half an hour and you are in Moscow, but the difference is huge, you want to breathe, to walk... probably would have been warm and everything turned green, blossomed buds ..

In the meantime, even the snow did not come down, we can only dream about warm spring and go to the menu on the menu for the day.

For a long time I had a deficit below 1200 kcal.
