Tea made from currant sprigs is good in any season (especially in spring). Let's brew aromatic tea from spring currant branches! Earlier it was not for nothing that currants were called "stench" for its bright aroma! He's really amazing.
Ingredients:
1. A sprig of currants - 1-2 pcs.
2. Currant leaves - a handful (without them)
3. Water - 1 glass
Preparation
We prepared currants in advance (or carefully cut a twig right from the bush before brewing tea), in which they are not good only berries, but also branches, beautiful and currant buds, and young leaves of spring and dried leaves of summer currants.
We cut fresh or dried twigs of our currant (smaller) with scissors. The thermo mug was poured with boiling water, the water was drained. We put chopped pieces of twigs there (+ you can add infusion of your favorite tea if you wish).
Poured hot water (closer to boiling water), covered with a lid and let it brew for a couple of hours. Then we strained our tea through a strainer and have a nice tea party! (Especially fragrant tea drinking!)
