Banana baked goods are especially popular in my family. She is still in the oven, and a magical aroma is already spreading through the house. The soul becomes calm and comfortable. On the positive side, you can use overripe bananas that have lost their mouth-watering appeal. But they acquired a rich taste and aroma, which are very important for baking.
Today I will share a recipe for a banana cake on margarine with nuts and cinnamon. This is one of the options for such baking. You can add chocolate drops instead of nuts. And take wheat flour equally with whole grain. As a result, you will get not only tasty, but also healthy dessert.
Ingredients:
Flour - 250 grams
Sugar - 150 grams
Margarine - 150 grams
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Baking powder - 1 tsp with a slide
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Bananas - 4 pcs.
Nuts - 0.5 cups
Course of action:
Prepare the required foods. You can take the nuts to your taste. I took a nut mixture: hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts and cashews.
Heat margarine in the microwave for 30 seconds. Sift the flour through a sieve.
Leave one banana for decoration. Peel the rest, put in a bowl and mash with a fork until puree.
Drive eggs into the banana mixture.
Add sugar and soft margarine.
Stir the mixture with a whisk. It is not necessary to stir for a long time, the mixture should not be homogeneous.
Add sifted flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Knead the dough.
Cut the remaining banana in half lengthwise.
Chop the nuts with a knife.
Add them to the dough and stir.
Line the cake pan with oiled parchment paper. Transfer the dough. Knock the form against the countertop so that the mass is evenly distributed and the air voids disappear. Spread both banana halves on top of the dough.
Bake the banana cake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for an hour. Check the readiness of baking with a wooden splinter.
