Delicious and juicy meat in just 25 minutes! Even lean beef is great! And even without an oven! You can serve such meat on a festive table, or just make sandwiches for lunch or breakfast.
Today I took beef (completely lean). But, of course, pork will be much tastier, especially if you take a fatter piece! I make a deep cut with a knife. And I insert a thin piece of carrot into it. Then the second, third and fourth. Watch the video:
Now garlic. Again I make small cuts with a knife and insert garlic into them.
I'll prepare the marinade. Soy sauce, red bell peppers and some vegetable oil. You can add salt. But we have enough salt from the sauce. Stir and roll the meat in this mixture well.
You can cook right away. But, of course, the meat will be tastier if you leave it in the marinade for at least half an hour. Put a baking bag in a ceramic or glass dish. I put a mixture of peppers at the bottom of the bag, spread the meat - and pepper on top too. You can of course use any favorite spices!
I tie the bag and make several punctures with a needle.
I put the meat dish in the microwave. And I cook for 25 minutes at 600W. Microwaves only - no additional grills! In the turned off microwave, I let it stand for another 5 minutes (although you can get it right away, especially if it's pork).
I cook both pork and beef for the same amount of time - always great! Both hot and cold are equally delicious!
Can be laid out on a dish and placed on a festive table.
Or you can just eat for lunch with a piece of bread, take it with you to work, or wrap your child up for school.
RECIPE:
• Beef (or pork) - 700 g
• Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
• Sweet red pepper - 2 tsp.
• A mixture of crushed peppers - 1 tsp.
• Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
• Carrots - 0.5 pcs.
• Garlic - 1-2 teeth.
