A simple cake recipe: you don't have to wait until it is soaked (ready in 20 minutes)

Incredibly delicate and fragrant sponge cake with sour cream. You don't have to wait until it gets saturated! Completely ready in 20-25 minutes! One of our favorite recipes.

COOKING:

I mix melted butter with condensed milk. The oil must not be hot! I stir it with a whisk (this is more convenient), but you can do with a regular spoon.

I add eggs. Mix again. Gradually add the sifted flour.

I mix soda with lemon juice. And add to the dough.

Put the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread evenly with a spatula. Baking tray size 30x40 cm. If the baking sheet is smaller, it is better to make two cakes.

I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 8-10 minutes. The cake should be well browned.

While the cake is still warm, I cut it into 4 parts (I cut the edges for crumbs). Today I will make a round cake, so I cut out the cakes with a shape.

For cream I mix sour cream with sugar. I put a spoonful of sour cream on the bottom of the plate, and on top - the first cake.

Now the cream. A lot of cream))

Then the second cake, cream again, third and fourth... Cover the cake with cream on top.

Grind the rest of the cake into crumbs and sprinkle the cake on top with this crumb.

All! You can serve! But, of course, if the cake stands a little, it will be even more tender and even tastier!
