German potato salad and milk mayonnaise

Ingredients: - Potatoes, - Fresh cabbage, - Onions, - Canned cucumbers, - Garlic, Cabbage dressing:, - Wine vinegar 6%, - Vegetable Oil, - Salt, Black Pepper, Salad Dressing (Milk Mayonnaise):, - Sunflower Oil, - Milk, - Salt, Black Pepper, - Dijon mustard

Cooking method:

Boil potatoes in their skins until tender. Remove the skin and cut into medium cubes. Shred the cabbage finely. Put into a bowl. Add vinegar, oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix and let stand. Onion cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil. Remove from stove. Let cool. Cucumbers cut into rounds.

Cooking mayonnaise with milk. Pour sunflower oil, milk, salt, black pepper into a glass for whisking, mix with a submersible blender until it thickens. Add Dijon mustard and mix well.
