Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.
All coincided - April 1, Monday, so it's time to see what happens with my weight. It is necessary to close the results for the month of March and start a new round - April. I do not remember if I was told that from the very beginning, every month I write down the result on the beginning and the end of the month, to keep track of your weight and weight loss process.

Thus, March was quite successful in terms of weight loss - minus 3.2 kg. Move on!
My breakfast today consisted of PP samosas with chicken and cheese (about 100g 1 pc) and a sandwich of rye bread unleavened (30 g) with 10 g and 30 g kajmak fish pate.
All this under the hot green tea with jasmine. It was very delicious) Do not forget about Vitaminka and a capsule of omega-3.
Breakfast is turned on 380 kcal.
After breakfast and work.
Undershot up 120 kcal: Nectarine (180 c), kiwi (80 c) and rye loaf with 10 c and 15 c kajmak pollack roe.
For lunch I cooked a family favorite cheese soup.
A plate of cheese soup for lunch (400 g) and rye bread left on 400 kcal.
After dinner, I drank green tea with 30 grams of chocolate 75% - 165 kcal.
It helped me to come to his senses, because, most likely because of the weather, I have a very lower the pressure and it was impossible to work with. After the chocolate was better... maybe this self-suggestion?)
Chocolate me confused all plans for dinner. Well, almost all. It was necessary to reduce the portion of chicken breast and vegetables dressed with olive oil.
For dinner roasted chicken breast without non-stick scorodite oil (110 g) and vegetables: tomato (100g), cucumber (60 c) and pepper (60 c).
Dinner came to 180 kcal.
Total for the day turned 1245 kcal.
