Someone just warms up the porridge the next day, and uses it as usual... Oh, someone doesn't like that!
Today I want to tell you how I am from the remnants of yesterday viscous porridge I make very tasty, interesting (I don't even know what to call it) snack bars!
Such snack bars made of not sweet porridge are very tasty to serve with ketchup or garlic-mayonnaise sauce. Sweet ones, for example, from rice or semolina porridge - with jam, sour cream.

Where, in fact, do we start... We get the porridge out of the refrigerator, you don't even need to reheat it - as it is, it is.
Now, we select a suitable amount for the remaining amount of porridge absolutely any !!! dishes that can be put in the freezer - some baking dish, salad bowl, deep plate... Count onthat in this dish you need to tamp the porridge, in a layer somewhere up to 1.5 cm, no more. The dishes must first be lightly greased with vegetable oil. We put the porridge in the freezer for a while - it should not turn into ice, but only slightly freeze.
We take out the form with the frozen porridge from the freezer, cut into small cubes.
Now it is necessary to roll the porridge cubes in flour. Or... You can do a triple deboning - flour, egg mixture, crackers. But, just with flour it turns out very tasty!
Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil on 2 sides, until a light golden brown crust is formed. A crust forms on top, and inside the bars remain soft. Cook, taste, Bon appetit! Or simply, eat porridge and butter!
