Very often I am asked a question do i have a culinary education?

- No. I have two higher educations, but they have nothing to do with cooking ๐Ÿ˜Š It's just my hobby. I have been cooking since I was 13 and I always liked it!

How? Why are there so many subscribers? Where did you order ads and how did you promote your channel?

- I have never ordered any advertising anywhere. Nowhere did I tell about myself (this is the first time I am "being honest"). All I did was shoot videos and upload them to YouTube. And I continue to do it)) And now I also write in Zen.

- No, I do not advertise channels. First, it doesn't work! Secondly, I can only recommend what I really like and what I really want to share (there are many such channels, but they do not need advertising ๐Ÿ˜Š). Where are the recipes from?

โ€œMostly from my momโ€™s notebook, from old cookbooks, clippings from old newspapers and magazines. Now you send me a lot of recipes. The chefs share their secrets with me (thank you very much!). I even have entire editions where I cook according to subscribers' recipes.

Plus, now all my relatives, friends and acquaintances also send me recipes, books with recipes.

A lot of recipes were "born" as a result of our experiments with my husband. Some of them can be seen in my videos. Sometimes we even experiment "live". Many people, for example, liked how we fried cucumbers - all the recipes were experimental - and even some recipes "stuck" (for example, pickled cucumbers in 7 minutes).

And it happens that the recipes do not work?

- Often! I already have a huge collection of such recipes ๐Ÿ˜€

Why don't I publish books?

- I don't think I need to do this. For me, a book is something that is written either by a professional or by a genius. I am neither one nor the other! And I'm not a writer at all)) And just collect recipes in a reference book... What for? There is a YouTube channel, there is a website with recipes, there is a Zen channel.

Why am I not streaming?

- I'm not ready. I'm shy ๐Ÿคญ

Why am I not showing my face?

- I'm not hiding. I have pages in all social networks)) My photo is in the channel profile. And I consider it superfluous to show myself in a culinary video.
