I gave her the name "wherever". And in the first courses, and in appetizers, and in salads, and in porridge, and in marinades ...

I often use this seasoning, and in the post it is generally in my first place! Any dish with it turns out to be much tastier, with a rich taste and amazing aroma!

Moreover, Adyghe salt needs to be added less than usual. As a result, the dish turns out to be quite salty and more healthy.

You can, of course, buy such salt ready-made in the store. But why?

It only takes a few minutes to cook!

Adyghe salt

I put 500 g of regular table salt into a bowl. Any salt will work, but not too shallow. If there are lumps, I break them with a fork.

You can do it with your hands

I always use fresh garlic. With dry it turns out completely different... Garlic needs about 100 g. I pass it through a press (or you can grate it on a fine grater).

I add garlic directly to salt

Now the spices. Ground coriander, sweet paprika, hot red pepper, black ground pepper and oregano.

The spice combination is perfect!

Now all this needs to be mixed well so that the garlic is not lumps. You can do this with an ordinary fork (or spoon), or with your hands (preferably with gloves). I shake the salt well.

Adyghe salt is ready!

I transfer the prepared salt to a clean, dry jar, seal it tightly and store it in this form somewhere in a dark place. For example, in a kitchen cabinet.

This seasoning adds flavor to any dish!

Pleasant aroma of spices and garlic... Moreover, there is no smell of garlic from the one who eats the dish with this seasoning.

You can store such salt for a very long time. The taste and aroma are preserved!

INGREDIENTS:

• Salt - 500 g
• Garlic - 100 g (weight of garlic already peeled)
• Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
• Sweet paprika - 1 tsp.
• Hot red pepper - to taste (for us 1/3 tsp is what you need!)
• Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
• Oregano - 1/2 tsp.
