I love cabbage very much, so I have already tried almost all the methods of its preparation.
This method saves time. And the cabbage is very tasty! Ideal for filling. But sometimes I cook such cabbage for dinner. Especially if you wanted "something I don't know what" 😊
I cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots.
Cabbage - thin strips. I usually do this with a knife. But you can, of course, use a shredder of some kind.
The whole secret is that I cook this dish over high heat!
First I fry the onion, after a minute I will send the carrots to the pan.
After another minute I add the cabbage. I do not reduce the fire! With constant stirring, I cook for another 7-8 minutes.
At the end I salt, add black pepper and bay leaves.
Everything, you can serve! Or cool - and use in the filling.
The cabbage turns out to be insanely aromatic, tasty, with a light "crunch". I love this cabbage very much! Especially with fresh bread!
