I cut the potatoes into cubes, rinse them well, fill them with water and leave them for 20 minutes.
Then I spread the potato pieces on a towel. Cover with a second towel and dry well.
I divide the potatoes into 3 parts. Preparing three different dressings.
First recipe
• Potatoes - 500-600 g
• Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. L. (incomplete)
• Savory - 0.5 tsp.
• Turmeric - 1 tsp.
• Nutmeg - a pinch
• Coriander (I have peas) - 1 tsp. (crush in a mortar)
Second recipe
• Potatoes - 500-600 g
• Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. (incomplete)
• Paprika - 1 tsp
• Red hot pepper - 1/3 tsp
• Dried onions - 1 tsp
• Pepper mixture - pinch
Third recipe
• Potatoes - 500-600 g
• Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. (incomplete)
• Dried dill - 1 tsp
• Granulated garlic - 0.5 tsp
I add spices to the potatoes and mix well.
I put the potatoes in the bowl of an air fryer or airfryer.
I set the temperature to 200 degrees and the time to 20 minutes. Put the finished potatoes on a plate and salt. Salt is always at the very end!
IF THERE IS NO Air Fryer or Airfryer, IT IS POSSIBLE TO COOK SUCH POTATOES IN THE OVEN!
I spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, set the temperature in the oven to 220 degrees. I cook potatoes for 25-30 minutes, stirring constantly.
It is important here! You need to take good quality parchment (smooth) or grease the paper with oil so that the potatoes do not stick. If there is a silicone mat, it is better to use it.
