Even my husband liked the cutlets, who, in principle, does not understand "how-is-it-cutlets-without-meat"
How to cook:
Pour the oatmeal with boiling water, stir and leave for 20 minutes to swell.
After 20 minutes, add potatoes, grated on a fine grater, finely chopped onions, garlic (through a press) and herbs to the oatmeal.
Salt and add spices. It is better to choose spices according to your taste. I just tried it with black pepper. Mom cooked "10 vegetables" with seasoning - it turned out even tastier! I will experiment with spices))
With wet hands I form cutlets from the "minced meat" and roll them in breadcrumbs. I have homemade rusks (I cook rusks with "flakes" - so cutlets and oils take less, and look more appetizing).

Fry in vegetable oil over low heat on both sides. And I spread it on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
And that's it! You can serve! Delicious! Even my husband ate, although for him "cutlets without meat are not cutlets" 😀
