I cook often! Because it's a very simple recipe. And it's so delicious that my boys have enough for one tea party
Recently, I have not cooked sweets very often. But we cannot refuse this dessert - moderately sweet, slightly crunchy, insanely aromatic and well, very tasty!
How I cook:
In a saucepan I combine butter and water, add a pinch of salt and bring the mixture to a boil.
I add flour and mix everything very quickly! Transfer the dough from the pan and let it cool slightly. 2-3 minutes is enough.
You can stir once to cool down faster.
Now I add the eggs one at a time. You can mix with a regular fork, but I use a mixer - it's easier and faster.
It turns out a homogeneous smooth dough. Here is:
I spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. And I spread it with a spatula. The dough layer should be no more than 5 mm.
It remains to sprinkle the cake on top with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. I usually mix 2 tablespoons. sugar and an incomplete teaspoon of ground cinnamon. This is just enough for a serving.
I put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. It is better not to open the oven during baking.
This is such a beauty. The scent is crazy! I just want to pinch off a piece.
I cut the pie into pieces while it is still hot, and you can brew coffee))
Recipe:
• Butter - 100 g
• Water - 200 ml
• Salt - a pinch
• Flour - 130 g
• Eggs - 3 pcs.
• Sugar - 2 tbsp.
• Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
