Delicious chicken cutlets with cottage cheese. The whole family loves them.

The recipe was sent to me by my subscriber two years ago. Since then, these cutlets have become a favorite in our family. And the main thing is that my youngest loves them.

In the video below, I showed this recipe and 4 more delicious and interesting recipes for cutlets. Look - you will like it))

So why do I add cottage cheese to the cutlets? It is difficult to explain how the taste of your favorite dish changes. I highly recommend giving it a try.

But here it is important to choose the right cottage cheese. It should be fine-grained and not sour at all (!). It is advisable to grind cottage cheese in a blender or grind through a sieve (but not to paste!). But the acid from the curd is difficult to remove. If the curd is sour, it will only ruin the dish. It is better not to add it to cutlets.

I have homemade curd (I cook it myself). It is perfect for this recipe.

I add minced chicken, flour, salt, black pepper, cheese and an egg to the curd. I mix everything well and beat the minced meat.

With wet hands I form cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs. I also have homemade crackers. Here here's the recipe.

I do not add any garlic, or onions, or herbs to these cutlets. They are not needed here. I recommend trying this recipe.

I fry the cutlets in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then turn over, cover and cook over medium heat for a few more minutes.

You can bake in the oven, but it tastes much better in a frying pan

The cutlets will steam well under the lid. But you can put the fried patties in a saucepan, add a little butter and water. And simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes.

The cutlets are very juicy! And incredibly creamy. Soft inside, crispy outside. Mmmmm ...

They are perfect

But a small pen reaches for a cutlet :)
