Pies without dough: I cook from products that have remained in the refrigerator (I have not seen a "lazier" recipe for pies)

Admin

You can cook with any filling! Crispy and delicious pies for those who don't like to bother with dough.

There is no need to prepare dough here. I use bread instead of dough. Cut into slices about 1 cm thick and cut off the crusts.

I pour water into a plate, dip the bread into the water, then squeeze the bread and put the filling in the middle.

Any filling can be! Variants of fillings in the video (at the end of the article). You can make such pies just with slices of cheese or jam - it also turns out very tasty.

I connect the edges of the bread so that the filling does not peep out. And knead it well in my hand until you get a smooth pie. If not "sticky", you can still moisten with water.

I fry the pies in well-heated oil. until golden brown. I put the finished pies on a paper towel.

Bread pies

And you can try)) There is a minus in this recipe - it's better to eat it right away. They are very crispy on the outside! But if the pies lie down, they will not be so tasty. So I cook a little to eat right away.
