Fried steaks are one of the easiest and most delicious dishes, because they can be cooked in minutes without much effort. Turkey is considered a dietary meat, and this is an important factor for many. It has similarities with both pork and chicken meat - it turns out the middle version.
For cooking, you will need poultry fillets, I suggest taking only salt and pepper as spices, so as not to eventually kill the taste of the meat itself. You can serve steaks to the table with sauce; fresh vegetables and / or herbs will also be useful. For lovers of more hearty options, I suggest adding potatoes, rice, porridge, etc. to them.
Ingredients:
Turkey fillet - 300 g
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Butter - 30 g
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking process:
1. Prepare all the ingredients according to the list, choose fresh meat, in no case use frozen turkey fillets.
2. Rinse the meat under running cold running water, pat dry a little with paper kitchen towels. Using a knife, cut it into medium-thick slices, about 1.5-2 cm. The fillet edges are not suitable for steak, they can be used for other dishes, but the part of the cut that is in the center is suitable.
3. Grind the meat with small pinches of salt and ground black pepper. You can use a range of your favorite spices and herbs if desired.
4. In a frying pan, it is necessary to heat vegetable oil, dip the turkey in hot oil and fry on both sides until golden brown - for 1.5-2 minutes. There should be a little meat in the pan, place the pieces freely from each other.
5. After a while, add a piece of butter and chopped garlic to the pan. Cook steaks for another 3 minutes on each side.
6. After all procedures, transfer the turkey to a plate and seal with cling foil, leave to brew for 10 minutes.
7. Serve steaks to the table with any sauce and vegetables.
