We call it secret chicken fillet. Delicious!

You can cook in a skillet, in a regular saucepan, in an oven, or in a slow cooker. It will be tasty anyway. I still have delicious potatoes for a side dish today!

How to cook:

The recipe was prepared for the first time by my husband a year ago. And so we liked this recipe that we now cook 2-3 times a week. Delicious with any side dish! And the sauce here is the most delicious))

I cut the chicken fillet into convenient pieces. You can take a turkey fillet - it will be even tastier.

We usually cook in a skillet. But today the recipe is in the multicooker. I pour a little oil into the bowl of the multicooker, put the finely chopped onion and turn on the "frying" mode.

When the onion is a little browned, add the chicken fillet. I stir so that the pieces do not stick together.

Now the "secret" ingredient. Pickled cheese. You can take feta or feta cheese. Cut into pieces.

And I'm sending it to the meat. I stir it. If the cheese is unsalted, salt to taste and add black pepper. no other spices are needed here! I add some more water. Here's what happens.

I set a grid on top for steaming and spread the potatoes. I set the "Extinguishing" mode for 25 minutes. Instead of potatoes, you can take any vegetables.

And that's it! A full dinner is ready! Steamed potatoes and delicious chicken fillet in sauce. Very, very tasty! And the scent is amazing!

Neither sour cream nor cream does it SO delicious. Just try it.

We used to stew chicken fillet in cream, but now this is the only way we cook. It turns out tastier! The sauce is very rich and delicious... Can be served with fresh herbs.
