Delicate and magically delicious cottage cheese pie.

It seems to me that every housewife has this recipe. I do not know what you can think of tastier for tea. Delicate curd filling and shortbread dough are an incredibly tasty combination.

How to cook:

Combine flour with salt and sugar, add baking powder. I stir it.

I rub the frozen butter on a grater. I grind it into crumbs with flour.

I put cottage cheese in the blender bowl, add sour cream, sugar and an egg. I whisk.

I put half of the dough in a mold and press down a little with my hands.

Then I pour out the curd filling. And I spread it with a spatula.

Above is the second part of the test. Just sprinkle evenly with crumbs.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. I put a mold in it and bake for 30 minutes.

Let the cake cool. I cut and serve. Insanely delicious!

Recipe:

• Cottage cheese - 400 g
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Sour cream - 4 tbsp.
• Sugar 3 tbsp. (in the dough) + 3 tbsp. (For filling)
• Flour - 260 g
• Butter (pre-freeze) - 200 g
• Baking powder - 1 tsp.
• Salt - a pinch
