The fruit and berry season is in full swing - many have already made preserves, jams and filled the freezers with fresh seasonal berries. And why not bake some kind of pie with fresh berries or jam.

I publish a lot of recipes for various pastries - in one of my previous publications I suggested a recipe for a very tasty cake for tea, which requires a minimum set of products.

This is a very simple recipe and a delicious cake - and, if you are interested, I will post a link to it at the bottom of this article.

And today I'm making a pie from liquid biscuit dough with a filling-layer! Usually, in such cakes, the entire layer settles to the bottom of the cake... The berries release the juice, and the bottom of the cake begins to burn from it. Especially heavy stuffing settles. And recently I learned how to avoid this - I will tell you about everything in the recipe itself!

Ingredients for making the cake:

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 150 g
Milk - 100 ml
Vegetable oil - 80 ml
Salt - a pinch
Vanillin - to taste
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Flour - 200 g
For filling - any jam, or berries, or fruits

Begin...

First of all, break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, a pinch of salt, vanillin ...

... And beat with a mixer until a fluffy mass is formed.

Next, pour in milk, vegetable oil, mix.

Sift the flour together with the baking powder, mix and get a fairly thin biscuit dough.

Now we take any baking dish (the size of my baking dish is 20 by 20 cm) - grease a little with butter, sprinkle with flour and pour half of the prepared dough.

We send the form with the dough to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, literally for 7-8 minutes. Thanks to this short-term baking, the dough will have time to seize a little, and the future filling will not settle to the bottom! After 7 minutes, we take out the form with the dough from the oven - we put any filling (sweet).

Fill with the second half of the remaining dough, and put it in the oven again - the cake will bake for 25-30 minutes.

And, here is such a handsome man! The cake is delicious and the advice was really helpful! The filling remained where it should be. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
