Ingredients: For the dough:, Flour, Milk (warm), Eggs (1 for lubrication), Vegetable oil, Butter (softened), Pressed yeast, Sugar, Salt, filling - any, I have plum jam
Cooking method:
As usual, we check and activate the yeast. To do this, send them to warm milk, add half (0.5 tbsp. tablespoons) sugar and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour Mix well and leave a quick dough for 10-15 minutes for the yeast to start working. Add the remaining sugar, salt to the flour and mix. Add the dough, one whole egg and the protein of the second egg (one yolk is left for lubricating the dough), vegetable oil and soft butter.
Mix well. The dough turns out soft, oily (I love the recipe for this dough). We give the dough a good rise under the film in the heat (in time - about an hour). Knead the dough a little after an hour. We pinch off a small piece for the middle of the pie, we form a bun. The rest of the dough is divided into equal parts-koloboks. Always let the dough rest, a few minutes after each operation.
We cover the blanks with a film right on the table. Lightly dust the table with flour and roll each bun into a small cake. We make an incision from the edge of the cake to the middle. We spread the filling (a little more than a spoon) on one side of the incision and wrap the filling in the dough in a circle, forming a horn (shell). The resulting blanks are laid out in the form of a flower in a round shape.
We send the bun, which was left at the beginning, to the center. I decided to decorate with jam and sprinkle with poppy seeds. We cover with a film and let the cake in the form of a little distance (15-20 minutes), right on the table. Before baking, grease the cake with yolk mixed with milk. Sprinkle the middle with poppy seeds. We bake a yeast dough pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
