Recently, I was cooking stew of chicken livers for himself and his family and decided to share with you a recipe.

We will need (for those who believe KBZHU pointing grams):
- chicken liver - I tray 800 g,
- Onions - one large onion - 150 g,
- carrot - one middle - 115 g,
- 2 small garlic cloves - 5 g
- cream 10% - 2 tablespoons - 90 g
- olive oil - tsp - 5 g
preparation.
The first step is preparing food.
Chicken livers cleaned from films, if any, and cut into small pieces. I cut half of each cookie.
Onions and garlic are finely chopped, carrots and rub on a coarse grater.
Then fry in a drop of olive oil garlic, then add to it the onion and carrot.
Fry until almost cooked. If necessary, pour a little water, so that does not stick.
Then add chicken liver and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then the salt, pepper to taste and add 2 tablespoons of cream 10%, mix, cover with a lid and simmer until done.
KBZHU per 100 g: K - 133, B - 15.6, M - 5.5, V - 2.9.
Buckwheat is an excellent side dish to chicken liver in sour cream.
